We actively encourage feedback from our parents and carers, as we believe open communication is key to providing the very best experience for every child. We regularly gather views through questionnaires, surveys and comment books, as well as through informal daily conversations at drop-off and collection times. These opportunities allow families to share their thoughts, suggestions and experiences with us, helping us to reflect, improve and continually develop our provision. By listening carefully and responding thoughtfully, we ensure that parents and carers feel valued, involved and confident in their child’s early years journey with us.

A wonderful, home-from-home preschool with fantastic staff. My daughter is thriving here and absolutely loves it. She’ll be very sad to leave when she starts school in September.
